Cobalt Circuit was started by Austin Harwood, a senior systems administrator based in Draper, Utah.

Most AI consultants can write a good prompt. Fewer can secure a Microsoft 365 tenant, untangle file permissions, or explain why a tool shouldn't see the payroll folder. Cobalt Circuit exists to do both: make AI genuinely useful for small businesses, and make it safe.

We work with owner-led firms of 5 to 100 people across Salt Lake and Utah counties, including accounting and law firms, engineering and agencies, property managers, and construction and trades.
